Bookkeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, with a primary focus on bookkeeping and personal tax return preparation.

Responsibilities
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll processing for business clients
• Respond to client inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Support other ad-hoc accounting or administrative projects as needed

Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• A team player who is also self-motivated and capable of working independently
