Kitchen Helper / Food Preparation Team Member Permanent Full-Time (3040 Hours/Week) Job Duties-Prepare food ingredients.-Assist with cooking and food preparation.-Assemble and package customer orders.-Follow recipes and portion standards.-Operate kitchen equipment safely.-Monitor food quality and temperatures.-Label, rotate, and store food (FIFO).-Receive and restock supplies.-Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment.-Complete opening and closing duties.-Maintain a clean and organized work area.-Support the team during busy periods. Qualifications-Food Safety Certificate required.-Kitchen experience preferred.-Japanese restaurant experience is an asset.-Strong attention to detail.-Team player with a positive attitude.-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.-Training provided. Requirements-Permanent full-time (3040 hours/week).-Open availability is required.-Applicants must be available to work scheduled shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.-Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.-Reliable attendance and punctuality.-Able to commit to a consistent work schedule.-Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.-Long-term employment is preferred.
