Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on all makes and model vehicles
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Welding experience is bonus but not needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Skills
• Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and working with schematics for complex systems.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various repair scenarios.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems related to automotive or industrial applications is advantageous.
