Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
Accommodate guest requests
Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
Handling cash payments and use POS terminal to process debit/credit payments
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Complete all laundry duties
Maintain accurate inventory of guest supplies and amenities, restocking as necessary to meet guest needs.
Complete cleaning/sanitizing duties as required
Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
Be flexible in your role, willing to assist in various areas of the motel when required to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
• London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
