About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Railing Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fabricating and welding aluminum railing systems, takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship, and is committed to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate and weld aluminum railings, gates, and custom architectural products.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble aluminum components accurately.
• Perform high-quality TIG and/or MIG aluminum welding.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
• *Minimum 3?5 years of experience welding and fabricating aluminum railings or similar aluminum products.*
• Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG aluminum welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.
