Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Support the cooking staff by performing various tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen tools and equipment.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for food and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
