Job description
Fairfield Inn/Residence Inn by Marriott offers a hot buffet breakfast and we are looking for hard working, fast-paced and reliable breakfast & prep cooks!
These qualified individuals will be working early morning hours in order to help supply our clientele with beautiful Marriott & Hilton standard buffet breakfasts.
The required qualities and skill sets are as followed.
• Able to work in guest and service focused a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Must be a morning person
• Must be able to start at 5am
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Previous experience in a kitchen is an asset
• Able to work early mornings, shift starts at 5am
• Physically able to bend, move, and lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standard
• Monitoring multiple food levels
• Dressing order for presentation
• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
• Preparing food or helping other team members when needed
Job Types: Full-time, or Part-Time Permanent
Salary: From $16.25 - $17.00 per hour
Pay: $16.25-$17.00 per hour

Experience:
• Cooking: 1 year (required)
Language:

Licence/Certification:
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
