Hiring Skilled Baker's NOC63202Company: Boulangerie La Vendéenne IncorporéeLocation: 500 Hwy 325, Blockhouse, Nova Scotia, CanadaThis is a night shift position approximate schedule 5pm-4am Monday-Saturday.Responsibilities:Prepare doughs and batters for pies, breads, biscuits, brioche, cookies, and cakes.Bake mixed doughs and batters, ensuring consistent quality.Operate bakery equipment, including commercial mixers, dough sheeters, ovens, and dishwashers.Weigh, scale, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and standards.Ensure all products meet company quality and presentation standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed.Manage time efficiently to meet production schedules.Qualifications:Be able to mix, shape and bake breads in large volumes. Experience with classic and specialty pastries such as croissant dough and puff pastry.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Reliable transportation to and from work.Experience in a commercial bakery environment is an asset.Apply: Please send your resume and portfolio to [email protected]
