Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a carpenter/laborer. This role requires a strong background in various construction and restoration tasks, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry/construction, and will be responsible for executing projects from start to finish while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
• Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Engage in roofing tasks ensuring proper installation and repairs.
• Apply caulking for weatherproofing and sealing purposes.
• Assist with heavy lifting of materials during various stages of construction.
• Assemble components as part of larger projects or installations.

Experience
Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes:
• Hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, roofing, siding, and caulking.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting or working with hazardous materials is essential.
• Based out of the Sussex area with occasional travel to the surrounding areas.
• Red seal certification is not required but would be an asset.
