Retail Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide customer service and sales, in person and over the phone.2. Ensure customer complaints, adjustments and returns are handled in a quick and efficient manner. Assist customers with any concern they may have, providing guidance/input where required.3. Selling feed/chemical and building strong customer relationships.4. Ensure all in-stock products are ready for sale at all times.5. Loading and unloading product as required. Organizing/managing chemical/feed shed.6. Promote and ensures adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts and image standards.7. Ensure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to ensure safety and regulatory requirements are implemented and maintained. REQUIREMENTSIdeal candidate will have knowledge of feed, chemical, merchandising and sales experience. Must obtain OH&S level 1. Certified Crop Advisor or Agronomist status is a definite asset. The successful applicant will be required to operate forklift. Position is classified as Safety Sensitive; Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol and Substance Policy as a condition of employment.
