Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food preparation and service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Kitchen Team Member will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality food handling, safety standards, and exceptional customer experiences.

Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist with meal preparation and food assembly to meet customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support food service operations by serving dishes to customers when needed and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout shifts.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques.
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff and servers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
