Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. Constantly learning the products. Upsell appropriate products to customers. Product knowledge is an asset.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year cash handling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
• Must be a team player
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills
