<p>The mandate of the Grader-Piler is to grade the dowels produced at the Sawmill. He will have to cut off parts with knots and imperfections. He may also pile the dowels on the pallets.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Grade the dowels</li><li>Cut off imperfections or knots</li><li>Pile the dowels on the pallets</li><li>Perform others tasks related to the job</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>At least 15 years old</li><li>Experience in a sawmill is considered an asset</li></ul><p><strong>PERSONALITY</strong></p><ul><li>Autonomous</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Team player</li><li>Rigor and accountability</li></ul><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS<br></strong><br> <strong>Full-time ?
