Guest Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through effective problem-solving and personalized service.

Responsibilities
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
• Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.

Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in hotel operations or front desk management is preferred.
• Proficient in phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.80-$18.00 per hour
