Duties
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management, food preparation, and customer service to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Lead and train staff on food handling, safety protocols, POS systems , and customer service excellence
• Oversee inventory control, food production, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining compliance with financial policies
• Coordinate kitchen activities such as cooking, food presentation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining settings
• Support staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications
• Proven supervising experience within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as for order processing and sales tracking
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management strategies
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and team management
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently
• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles including catering, banquet service or hotel experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills for staff training, interviewing candidates, and ensuring team cohesion
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance regulations within the food industry
