Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen staff in cooking, plating, and serving dishes efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of shortages or issues
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with team members and customers

Skills
• Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers

• Basic understanding of the food industry operations is a plus
