Front Desk Agent

Best Western Inn on the Bay is looking for a dedicated, organized and enthusiastic individual to represent our hotel at the front desk working day/evening shifts on weekdays and weekends regularly. We are offering flexible hours and countless other perks to the successful applicant. Full time and part time options are available.
Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Dependability, Organized, and Reliability are key.
Computerized bookkeeping system, Central reservation system (CRS), Internet
Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Process group arrivals and departures, Take, cancel and change room reservations, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide general information about points of interest in the area, Investigate and resolve complaints and claims, Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Handle wake-up calls, Assist clients/guests with special needs, Provide customer service
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
